🔄 7-Day Return & Exchange
If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once the issue has been reviewed and verified by our team, we will arrange an eligible exchange or replacement.
✅ Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in its original condition and packaging
- Include the Avira Authenticity Certificate
- Include the original invoice or order details
- Not have any damage caused after delivery
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for an exchange.
❌ Non-Eligible Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are not applicable in the following cases:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Jewellery that has been used or worn
- Scratches, dents, or damage caused after delivery
- Customised or personalised jewellery
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Order
If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, opened, or contains an incorrect product, please notify us immediately.
For faster verification, we strongly recommend taking clear photographs and recording a continuous unboxing video showing the package and product from the moment it is opened.
These may be required to process a transit-damage or incorrect-order claim.
